Named for the canopy of Portland's urban forest, Canopy is nestled in the tree tops of central southeast in a charming turn-of-the-century house that has been lovingly restored and updated.
Filled with natural light and good vibes, Canopy is the new home of my fusion movement class, YogAdagio, along with my energy medicine practice. Also to be sheltered by Canopy's umbrella: Healing for Healers, HEART Circle, and Yoga Flow class...with more to come soon!
