Saturday, March 23rd and Sunday, March 24th I'll be up in southwest Washington on the Long Beach peninsula for a Wellness Weekend at the historic Sou'Wester Lodge.  I'm offering two Yoga Flow classes, a talk on Energetic Spring Clearings, and one-on-one sessions of Energetic Clearings.  Start the spring with a cute and cozy weekend on the beach and get clear of any energetic blockages that may be holding you back from being as rad as you know you are!

Saturday:

                 1:30 - 3:30 p.m........(available for private sessions)
                 4:00 - 5:00 p.m........Class in the Lodge:  Yoga Flow
                 6:00 - 7:00 p.m........(available for private session)
Sunday:
                10:00 - 11:00 a.m.....Class in the Lodge:  Yoga Flow
